Diarex Electroplated electroplated bowl wheel

I was just about to buy a brazed sink wheel with bearing from Granite City Tool.
Then I saw this site !

I am a new fabricator and (http://maplered.com) cannot rely on a steady hand (http://maplered.com) to give a perfect finish.

Does the Diarex electoplated bowl wheel wheel come with a bearing to run on a template, or is it a case of practice makes perfect ?

Also, do you use it on a router or polisher ? What is the optimum RPM ?
